By submitting your tool, you agree to meet and maintain these standards. Our expert team reviews every submission against these criteria to ensure the integrity of our ecosystem.

1. Functionality & Reliability

• Core Functionality: The product must function as described in your marketplace listing. Core features should be complete and not in a pre-alpha or highly experimental state.
• Performance: The application should be performant and not excessively slow or prone to crashing. It must be able to handle a reasonable number of users.
• Uptime: If your tool is a SaaS product, you must maintain a high standard of uptime and have a clear status page or communication plan for any planned or unplanned downtime.

2. Security & Data Privacy

Protecting our users is our absolute highest priority. Every tool must adopt industry best practices for data security and comply with applicable privacy regulations.

• Data Security: Your application and infrastructure must be secure against common vulnerabilities (e.g., OWASP Top 10). You must implement strong safeguards to protect user data from unauthorized access.
• Privacy Policy: You must publish a clear, comprehensive, and easily accessible privacy policy that explains what user data is collected, why it is collected, and how it is used.
• Compliance: You must comply with all relevant global and regional data protection laws, such as the GDPR in Europe and Thailand’s PDPA. This includes honoring user rights and ensuring lawful data processing.

3. Transparency & Honesty

• Clear Descriptions: Your product description, features, and use cases must be clear, accurate, and not misleading.
• Upfront Pricing: Your pricing model must be transparent and easy for users to understand. Any limitations of a free trial or different subscription tiers must be clearly stated. There should be no hidden fees.
• Terms of Service: You must provide clear and fair Terms of Service for your users.

4. User Support & Experience

• Support Channel: You must provide a clear, accessible, and responsive channel for user support (e.g., email, helpdesk portal, or dedicated chat).
• User Onboarding: Your tool should have a reasonably intuitive user interface (UI) and provide onboarding like tutorials, tooltips, or a 'getting started' guide.
• Respectful Conduct: All interactions with users, particularly in response to reviews or support requests, must be professional and respectful.

Review and Enforcement Process

Our team reviews every new submission to ensure these guidelines are met. We also perform periodic reviews of existing listings and investigate any user reports of violations.

• Minor Violations: For minor issues, we will typically contact you with a request for changes and provide a reasonable timeframe to address them.
• Major Violations: For major violations, particularly those related to security, privacy, or dishonest practices, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or remove your listing from the marketplace to protect our users.
